We have been really impressed with Tim from Coast Build. Due to his friendly personality, work ethic and attention to detail, we have used him for a few projects on our home.
He helped us transform our segregated kitchen and living rooms into an amazing open space great for entertaining guests. He was able to provide a solution for removing the walls and installing two small posts, so that we did not have to get our roof structure re-engineered.
The end result looks amazing and we are really impressed with how integrated it looks.
Tim also built a deck for us which has transformed our outdoor area and has made it much safer for kids, as it used to be paved. He also built a large set of external stairs and converted our garage into a bedroom. He has a good knowledge of the building code, and is great at finding solutions to building challenges. He is very organised and has a lot of experience managing construction projects.
We would not hesitate to recommend Tim to other people looking renovate or build a new home.

We are delighted to give this testimonial for Tim. We hired him to come and redo our kitchen for us and create a new hallway to one of the bedrooms. The advice Tim gave us prior to the work commencing was great as he listened to our ideas but gave us other options which ended up saving us time and money.
Tim’s workmanship is top notch, he has high standards and takes great care with what he does. He was very obliging and worked around our family well (not an easy feat with four kids and no kitchen!)
